Our capabilities include small to large machined parts and assemblies, complex contoured surfaces, and tool design. We have also incorporated single set-up technology to cater for quick turn prototyping.
Desemco has a seasoned and experienced group of multi-axis CNC programmers who have a particular focus on lean Aerospace machining and disciplines. Utilizing the best that CATIA advanced machining, as well as Mastercam CAM, systems have to offer, our programmers are constantly updated on the latest trends that are defining the art of multi-axis programming.
Desemco has invested in high end, state of the art machinery and advanced workholding technologies to enable the execution of complex toolpaths that Aerospace components of today demand. Together, with the latest data links and connectivity to our CAM systems and sophisticated IT feedback, our suite of multi-axis machinery enables us to focus on accuracy and time, rather than deal with out-dated technologies.
We aggregate a variety of pre-specified components, many of which are machined in-house into kits with detailed assembly instructions.
Recent implementation of PCDMIS/CATIA CMM Metrology software ensures that the parts are inspected using the native CATIA model and not parsed .stp or .iges conversions.
